The Site allows you to place orders with Munin Brand for a selection of MUNIN products (hereinafter, the “Product(s)”), directly online via the Internet for delivery throughout the Iberian Peninsula, except Gibraltar, as well as to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, and Austria.

Exceptions or special conditions may apply regarding shipping costs for deliveries to islands or territories outside the peninsula. You can find all information relating to shipping costs at the following link.

Special orders cannot be placed from the Website that consist, in particular, of creating a product that does not exist or that is no longer part of the MUNIN collection, nor will personalization of a product belonging to MUNIN collections be possible in any case.

- Bizum via our 100% secure payment gateway

- PayPal: the PayPal payment platform is one of the most widely used and secure for online purchases. You will need your own PayPal account.

Prices and delivery times

All our products include the applicable VAT.

All our prices include free shipping within mainland Spain provided payment is made by bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal. Orders are shipped by courier within 48 hours or by certified mail, depending on size and destination area.

Shipments to locations in the Balearic and Canary Islands will incur an extra cost and different treatment under our free shipping policies. You can consult our “Payment and Delivery” section or contact our customer service for more information. We do not ship to Ceuta and Melilla. If an order is placed for these locations, we will contact you to coordinate an alternative address or cancel the order.

During summer and/or holiday periods, delivery times may be delayed, for which our company cannot be held responsible. We recommend placing your orders as far in advance as possible.

Returns and right of withdrawal.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the last component or item.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or email). You may use the withdrawal form model at this link, although its use is not mandatory.

Returns of the purchased product are accepted within 30 calendar days after receipt, provided the product arrives defective or does not match the product received. To do so, you must send us an email at atc@munin.es within 24 hours of receiving your order, indicating your order number and the problem. Returns or claims for possible damage in transit will not be accepted after 24 hours from receipt of the order.

Returns for products damaged in transit will always be by another unit identical to the one purchased, and if this is not possible due to lack of stock, by another item with similar characteristics and price to the one purchased, or by a voucher redeemable at www.munin.es within 3 months of the purchase date.

Return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer or by the responsible company, Munin, depending on the reasons for returning the item or the incident with product and logistics handling.

For orders not delivered to the customer for reasons not attributable to the company (incorrect delivery address, refusal of delivery by the customer, absent on multiple occasions and/or failure to collect at parcel shop where applicable, etc.), a charge will apply for return to our facilities and for a new shipment according to the carrier's shipping rates in force at each time. The buyer assumes responsibility for shipping costs in these cases, with only the partial amount of the product subtotal being refundable.

Availability and stock

Products offered and advertised through the site, as well as their prices, will be fully valid for the consumer while they appear on the Site, although they will in any case be subject to availability due to the nature of online purchase, since exceptionally there may be errors or changes, especially in case of simultaneous orders for the same product by several customers.

If a purchased product is not available for shipment, the consumer will be informed within a maximum of 72 hours from purchase confirmation via the email address registered at the time of purchase. A solution will be provided in this case with information about stock or the option to select an alternative product or, where applicable, cancellation of the purchase made.

MUNIN BRAND will IN NO CASE be responsible for lack of stock or immediate availability of products; the consumer may, as indicated in the previous section, opt for substitution or, where applicable, cancellation of the purchase made.

MUNIN BRAND reserves the right to modify at any time and without prior notice the products offered through the Website.

MUNIN product purchase process

1- Product selection

The Website makes all products available to the consumer; items can be purchased from the various categories, brands, promotions, or by reference in the search itself. From the search results, click on the one you want to open its page for more information and more photos. Once you have chosen your Munin item, click the “Add to Cart” button.

Repeat this process for each item you wish to buy. Once you have chosen your items, go to the cart to start your order.

2- Completing the purchase

In this step you must sign in with your username and password if you have not already done so. If this is your first purchase at Munin, you must create an account by entering your email and following the instructions, where shipping and billing details among others will be required.

Once selection is complete and via the “Buy” option, you will access the summary of your purchase, which you can complete by clicking “Checkout”.

3- Logistics information

Track purchases, view order history, modify data entered, including personal details, payment methods, or delivery addresses among others. It will be the SOLE and EXCLUSIVE responsibility of the user; the company is not responsible for possible loss, theft, identity theft, or any fraudulent use by third parties of said data as a result of misuse of information or lack of confidentiality of prior data.

Data entered by the user on the Website constitute sufficient proof of purchase operations and/or, where applicable, returns and/or modifications of orders that may exist between MUNIN BRAND and the REGISTERED USER.

4- How to process the purchase

Once the process described is complete and after acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, as well as the Website confidentiality policy, you must confirm the “Place order” option, at which point the sale will be perfected, although beforehand the USER must verify the product selection.

You will then choose one of the available payment methods and follow the instructions to make payment (see general terms/payment and delivery) and confirm the order definitively.

5- Purchase identification

Once the purchase is confirmed, you will receive an email at the address provided to MUNIN as proof of your purchase with details of the transaction. You can also access this information through the “My Account” section on the Website, where you can view a history of all orders placed with your registered account.

6- Account cancellation

The USER may at any time request cancellation of the account by sending an email to info@munin.es

MUNIN BRAND reserves the right NOT to accept an order if it reasonably believes the USER has breached or may have breached these Terms and Conditions, if there are indications of unlawful action by the USER, or for any other legitimate reason.
