You can convert your points into discount coupons from €5 up to €20 per coupon, provided you have sufficient balance.
Invite and earn
Your friend gets €5 off their first order from €40, and you earn 150 MUNIN Points when their order is validated.
Ways to earn points
Earn points within Club MUNIN.
These are the main ways to earn MUNIN Points. Some actions are generated automatically through the Club and others may require manual validation by MUNIN.
Referral points may be generated through Club MUNIN. Rewards for sign-up, social media, tags, birthdays and special campaigns may require manual validation by MUNIN and are subject to each campaign’s conditions.

Discount coupons can be generated automatically from your account. The €5, €10 and €20 discounts are the main examples, although the system allows flexible amounts between €5 and €20 per coupon, provided you have enough points. Special rewards such as 20% Club Extra, exclusive flip-flops or the exclusive tee are subject to availability, active campaigns and manual validation by MUNIN.

Club levels will be activated progressively based on accumulated MUNIN Points. The idea is simple: the more you are part of MUNIN, the more access you will have to campaigns, benefits and special rewards.

Where the Club begins. Earn points with your purchases, convert points into coupons and take part in Invite and earn.
Level 02
MUNIN Insider
More activity, more benefits. Access to extra points campaigns, private promotions and temporary perks.
Level 03
MUNIN Black
The most exclusive access. Private benefits, special rewards and exclusive campaigns for standout members.

How do I join Club MUNIN?
You only need to create a MUNIN account. From your customer area you can check your points, rewards, coupons and referrals.
How do I earn MUNIN Points?
You can earn points by creating your account, shopping with your registered account, inviting friends, taking part in special actions, following or tagging MUNIN on social media, and through active Club campaigns. Some actions may require manual validation by MUNIN.
How much are my points worth?
The current conversion is 40 MUNIN Points = €1 discount. For example, 200 points equal €5, 400 points €10 and 800 points €20.
How do MUNIN levels work?
Levels are based on accumulated MUNIN Points: MUNIN Core from 0 to 499 points, MUNIN Insider from 500 to 1,499 points, and MUNIN Black from 1,500 points. Levels and their benefits may be activated progressively and may require manual validation by MUNIN.
Can I convert any amount of points?
You can convert your points into discount coupons from €5 up to €20 per coupon, provided you have sufficient balance. The system lets you choose flexible amounts within that range.
Do points and coupons expire?
Coupons generated with points are valid for 90 days from creation. Special rewards or temporary campaigns may have specific conditions and dates.
Can I use a Club coupon with other discounts?
Club MUNIN coupons cannot be combined with other vouchers, promotions or discounts unless expressly stated otherwise.
How does Invite and earn work?
Share your personal link or code with a friend. Your friend gets €5 off their first order from €40, and you receive 150 MUNIN Points when their order is validated.
Are actions such as Instagram, tags or birthdays automatic?
Not always. Some social actions, birthdays or special campaigns may require manual validation by MUNIN. This allows us to check that the action was completed correctly before adding points.
What are special rewards?
They are exclusive benefits or products available only to Club MUNIN members, such as flip-flops, tees, special discounts or private campaigns. These rewards are subject to availability and validation by MUNIN.
Can I exchange my points for cash?
No. MUNIN Points are not cash and cannot be withdrawn or transferred. They can only be used within MUNIN to convert them into coupons or access Club rewards.
What happens if I cancel or return an order?
If an order is cancelled, returned or refunded, the points associated with that order may be cancelled, adjusted or voided.
