Club MUNIN Terms
Club MUNIN is MUNIN’s points, rewards, referral and exclusive benefits programme. As a member, you can accumulate MUNIN Points, convert them into discount coupons, access special rewards and enjoy benefits according to your level.
These terms govern how Club MUNIN works and supplement MUNIN’s general terms of purchase, shipping policy and returns and exchanges policy.
Club MUNIN at a glance
1. Participation in Club MUNIN
Customers with a registered account on munin.es who take part in the points, rewards or referral programme may join Club MUNIN.
Participation in Club MUNIN is free. To accumulate points, view rewards or access certain benefits, you must sign in with your account.
MUNIN may review, validate, adjust or cancel points and rewards when it detects errors, returns, cancellations, misuse, duplicates or actions that do not comply with Club conditions.
2. MUNIN Points
MUNIN Points are loyalty points linked to the customer account. They can be earned through purchases, referrals, special campaigns and promotional actions defined by MUNIN.
MUNIN Points are not real money, cannot be withdrawn as cash, cannot be transferred to another person and can only be used on munin.es according to Club conditions.
Point allocation may remain pending validation until the relevant order or action is reviewed and approved.
3. Converting points into coupons
MUNIN Points can be converted into discount coupons for future purchases at MUNIN.
| MUNIN Points | Approximate value | Use |
|---|---|---|
| 200 points | 5 € | Discount coupon |
| 400 points | 10 € | Discount coupon |
| 800 points | 20 € | Discount coupon |
The general rate is 40 MUNIN Points = €1. The minimum conversion is 200 MUNIN Points and the maximum conversion per coupon is 800 MUNIN Points, except for special campaigns indicated by MUNIN.
Coupons generated with MUNIN Points are valid for 90 days from the date they are issued and cannot be combined with other vouchers, coupons or promotions unless expressly stated.
4. Invite and earn
The Invite and earn programme lets you share MUNIN with friends via a personal invitation link or code.
Benefit for the invited friend: €5 off their first order from €40.
Benefit for the referring customer: 150 MUNIN Points when the friend’s order is validated.
The referral reward will only be activated when the invited friend completes a valid order that meets the promotion conditions.
MUNIN may cancel referrals or rewards if it detects misuse, simulated orders, duplicate accounts, returns, cancellations or any action contrary to the normal operation of the programme.
5. Special rewards
In addition to discount coupons, Club MUNIN may include special rewards, private promotions or one-off benefits for Club members.
| Recompensa | Indicative points | Condition |
|---|---|---|
| 20% Club Extra | 600 MUNIN Points | Selected campaigns |
| Exclusive flip-flops | 1,200 MUNIN Points | Subject to availability |
| Exclusive tee | 1,800 MUNIN Points | Subject to availability |
Physical or special rewards may be subject to stock availability, sizes, active campaigns, manual validation and specific conditions indicated by MUNIN.
6. Club MUNIN levels
Club MUNIN has progressive levels that recognise a customer’s accumulated activity within the Club. Levels may be managed manually or progressively by MUNIN.
| Level | Level points | Main benefits |
|---|---|---|
| MUNIN Core | 0 - 499 | Club access, points, coupons and Invite and earn. |
| MUNIN Insider | 500 - 1,499 | Private campaigns, special actions and shipping benefits. |
| MUNIN Black | From 1,500 | Priority benefits, exclusive campaigns and better shipping conditions. |
Levels are not calculated solely from the available balance at any given time. Points used or redeemed may also be taken into account when assessing a customer’s accumulated activity within the Club.
Using MUNIN Points to generate discount coupons does not necessarily mean losing your current level. MUNIN may review levels manually and periodically.
7. Shipping benefits by level
Club MUNIN members may access improved shipping conditions according to their level. These benefits apply when the customer belongs to the corresponding group and the order meets the established conditions.
| Level | Mainland Spain and Portugal | Continental Europe |
|---|---|---|
| MUNIN Core | Free shipping from €50 | Free shipping from €60 |
| MUNIN Insider | Free shipping from €40 | Free shipping from €50 |
| MUNIN Black | Free shipping with no minimum | Free shipping from €40 |
Shipping benefits are subject to the delivery country, available carrier, address provided, current conditions and possible exclusions by area.
8. Cancellations, returns and adjustments
If an order is cancelled, returned in whole or in part, refunded or does not meet Club conditions, the associated MUNIN Points may be cancelled, deducted or adjusted.
If a coupon generated with points is used on an order that is later cancelled or returned, MUNIN may review the case and decide whether to reactivate, adjust or cancel the reward.
Rewards obtained through manual actions, special campaigns or referrals may require review before becoming permanently available.
9. Proper use of Club MUNIN
You agree to use Club MUNIN properly, without manipulating the system, creating duplicate accounts, placing fake orders, abusing referrals or taking any action contrary to the purpose of the programme.
MUNIN reserves the right to suspend, cancel or adjust points, rewards, coupons or level benefits if it detects misuse or use contrary to these terms.
10. Changes to Club MUNIN
MUNIN may modify, update, pause or cancel Club MUNIN in whole or in part, including its rewards, levels, benefits, conversion rates or conditions, whenever necessary for operational, commercial, technical or availability reasons.
The applicable conditions are those in force at the time you use the relevant points, rewards, coupons or benefits.
