Delivery times may vary slightly during periods of high demand, special campaigns, public holidays or for reasons beyond MUNIN.

Shipping zones
Mainland Spain and mainland Portugal
Mainland Spain and mainland Portugal are considered the mainland zone within MUNIN and share the same cost and standard free shipping conditions. We do not currently ship to Ceuta or Melilla. We also do not ship to the Azores or Madeira.
Balearic Islands and Canary Islands
We ship to the Balearic Islands and Canary Islands with specific rates depending on the delivery zone.
Continental Europe
We ship to selected countries in continental Europe, such as France, Italy, Germany, Austria, Belgium and the Netherlands. We do not ship to island territories, outermost regions or special zones such as Corsica, Sicily, Sardinia, French Guiana, Aruba or similar territories.
Order preparation and tracking
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. When the order has been prepared and handed to the carrier, you will receive tracking information if the shipping method selected allows it.
We recommend checking your delivery address carefully before completing your purchase. MUNIN is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incomplete or incorrect delivery details.
