In accordance with Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on Personal Data Protection and its implementing regulations, through this Privacy Policy, Munin wishes to inform you about the personal data protection policy of its website www.munin.es (hereinafter, "Website"), so that you can freely and voluntarily decide whether you wish to provide Munin with the personal data we may request from you or that we may obtain from you in connection with your access to and use of the Website.

Obligation to Provide Data

The data requested in the Website forms are, in general, mandatory (unless otherwise specified in the required field) to fulfill the purposes for which they are being collected.  

Therefore, if they are not provided or are not provided correctly, they cannot be processed, without prejudice to the fact that you may freely view the content of the Website.

For What Purpose Will MUNIN Process the User's Data? 

At Munin, we process the information provided to us by data subjects for the purpose of handling contact requests received, managing product orders, as well as, where applicable, their shipment, invoicing, and collection, to handle possible claims from users and customers, to manage the sending of our own or third-party information that may be of interest to you, and to send you our newsletter or Newsletter.  

The personal data provided will be kept as long as the commercial relationship is maintained, or until the data subject requests its deletion.

What is the Legal Basis for MUNIN Processing the User's Data?

The use of your data under the conditions described above is permitted by European and Spanish data protection regulations in accordance with the following legal bases:  

- You have given your consent (a consent form has been presented to you to authorize the processing of your data for specific purposes; you may revoke the consent given at any time).  

- The processing of your data is necessary for the management and maintenance of a contract entered into with you.  

- The processing of your data is necessary to comply with our legal obligations.  

- We use your data to achieve a legitimate interest, and our reasons for doing so outweigh any possible harm to your data protection rights.  

There may be purposes permitted under other legal bases; in such cases, we will do our best to identify the relevant legal basis and communicate it to you as soon as possible once we become aware of it.

With Which Recipients Will the User's Data Be Shared?  

The recipients will be Munin, the company in charge of Munin's server, and the company managing and sending electronic messaging, such as newsletters for direct marketing.  

- The collected data will be used by Munin for internal administrative purposes, including the processing of customers' personal data.  

- Although absolute protection against intrusions cannot be guaranteed in data transmissions over the internet or from a website, we make every effort to maintain the necessary physical, electronic, and procedural protection measures to ensure the protection of your information in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.  

- All your data is stored on secure servers (or secure physical copies) owned by us or by the company in charge of Munin's server, and to access and use them, our security criteria and policies (or equivalent ones from the company in charge of the server) are applied.  

On the other hand, part of the collected information will be shared with third-party companies to send the user direct marketing advertising and commercial information ("Advertisements") about products and services offered by Munin and third parties, tailored to the User's interests. We will obtain the User's consent to process their personal information for direct marketing purposes.

User Rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and objection to the processing of your Personal Data at any time by sending an email to the following address: atc@munin.es. Your request must contain the following data: name and surnames, address for notifications, photocopy of your ID or passport, and specific request.

Exercise of Rights 

The User may send a written request to MUNIN at the address indicated in the header of this Policy, or by email to atc@munin.es, at any time and free of charge, to:  

- Revoke the consents granted.  

- Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether MUNIN is processing personal data concerning them or not.  

- Data subjects have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where applicable, request its deletion—when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.  

- In certain circumstances, data subjects may request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case we will only keep it for the exercise or defense of claims.  

- In certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation, data subjects may object to the processing of their data. MUNIN will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defense of possible claims.

Munin uses cookies to identify users who visit the Website, remember user preferences, provide personalized services, and track the use of the Website. You can configure your browser to reject the installation of cookies. However, certain areas or services of the Website may not be available if you choose this option.  

Likewise, the Website may include cookies from third-party service and/or content providers. Munin does not control the introduction of such cookies and therefore will not be responsible in any case for any processing activities carried out by said third parties in relation to the Data collected through the cookies they introduce on the Website.

Munin states and guarantees that it will at all times make its best efforts to maintain the security and confidentiality of Personal Data and will continue to improve the security measures adopted in line with any legal and technological developments.

The User declares that they have been informed of the conditions regarding personal data protection, accepting and consenting to the automated processing of such data by MUNIN, in the manner and for the purposes indicated in this Privacy Policy.
