In accordance with Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on Personal Data Protection and its implementing regulations, through this Privacy Policy, Munin wishes to inform you about the personal data protection policy of its website www.munin.es (hereinafter, the “Website”), so that you may freely and voluntarily decide whether you wish to provide Munin with the personal data that we may require or that we may obtain from you when you access and use the Website.

Obligation to provide data

The data requested in the Website forms are, in general, mandatory (unless otherwise specified in the required field) in order to fulfil the purposes for which they are collected.

Therefore, if they are not provided or are not provided correctly, we will not be able to handle your request, without prejudice to your being able to view the Website content freely.

For what purpose will MUNIN process User data?

At Munin we process the information provided by data subjects in order to handle contact requests received, manage product orders, and, where applicable, their shipping, invoicing, and payment, to handle possible claims from users and customers, to manage sending information from us or third parties that may be of interest to you, and to send you our newsletter.

The personal data provided will be retained while the commercial relationship is maintained, or until deletion is requested by the data subject.

What is the legal basis for MUNIN's processing of User data?

The use of your data under the conditions described above is permitted by European and Spanish data protection regulations in accordance with the following legal bases:

- Processing of your data is necessary for the management and maintenance of a contract entered into with you.

With whom will User data be shared?

Recipients will include Munin, the company responsible for Munin's server, and the company that manages and sends electronic messaging, such as direct marketing newsletters.

- The data collected will be used at Munin for internal administrative purposes, including processing customers' personal data.

- Although absolute protection against intrusion cannot be guaranteed in data transmissions over the internet or from a website, we make every effort to maintain the physical, electronic, and procedural protection measures necessary to protect your information in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.

- All your data is stored on secure servers (or secure physical copies) owned by us or by our company responsible for Munin's server, and our security criteria and policies (or equivalent policies of our server provider) apply to access and use.

Your request must contain the following data: first and last name, address for notifications, a copy of your ID or passport, and a specific request.

The User may send a letter to MUNIN, to the address indicated in the header of this Policy, or by email to atc@munin.es, at any time and free of charge, to:
