If you are not satisfied with any item after your purchase, you have 30 days after receiving your order to return it.

Before returning, please note that:

Changes and returns are only allowed up to 30 days after receiving your order.

Returned items must be in the same condition in which you received them, including intact original tags and items in perfect condition, without signs of use, odors, or indications of washing or alterations to the item.

Failure to meet the deadline or poor condition of the returned items will result in the return not being accepted. The customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. To recover the product, you must pay the costs of the new shipment to the customer to obtain the item.

As soon as we receive your order, we will verify the condition of the items. The quality team will check the item's condition before proceeding with the return process.

The refund period may range from 2 to 14 days after the date of receipt of the return at our facilities, and it will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.

According to the return conditions and method, we do not refund shipping costs, only the value paid for the returned items.

Exchanges are not accepted. For model changes by your own choice, you must request the return of the item using the procedures described below and place a new order. These return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

Return Process

1. *SEND AN EMAIL TO REQUEST YOUR RETURN

If you wish to return an item, send an email to atc@munin.es indicating the order number, the reference of the items to be returned, and the reason for the return.

2. PREPARE YOUR PACKAGE

Pack your items securely, in the original package if possible, and include the purchase invoice and the details provided from our contact within the return package itself.

3. WAIT FOR THE RETURN ADDRESS

We will send an email or message with information about the address to which you must return your order. We will also include essential information for the return and everything necessary for a smooth return process.

4. RECEPTION AND RETURN COMPLETED

The item will be received by our team at the provided address. The item's condition will be checked, and subsequently, the refund will be processed upon acceptance of the item after verification by our Quality Department team.

Products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them. Therefore, new products must be returned new, unused, and complete. Any item returned in conditions different from those stated above will not be accepted for return.

Who Pays the Return Costs?

The shipping costs for the returned product will be borne by the buyer. MUNIN will assume the cost of returns where its direct action is involved as the identifiable cause of the return reason, such as manufacturing defects or items damaged during delivery (must be reported within 24 hours after delivery).

Return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer, who may select the most convenient shipping method. We do not offer pickup services or additional cost services for processing returns.

What Should I Do If I Received an Item with a Manufacturing Defect or Damaged by Transport?

Despite the thorough analysis of items before shipping, the human factor associated with order processing does not exempt us from making errors. Therefore, if you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, we ask you to contact us by email (atc@munin.es) or through the contact form on our website, with a brief explanation of the defect.

You will subsequently be requested to provide expanded information, supported by images or documents related to the order that MUNIN deems essential for processing said incident.

In this case, MUNIN will arrange pickup at the address indicated by you at no additional cost or provide a prepaid return label. Once it arrives at our facilities, the item will be analyzed by our Quality Department, which will evaluate the claimed defect.

In case of possible repair or replacement, the customer will receive the item at the indicated address at no additional cost, with MUNIN assuming all shipping and reshipping expenses.

If the Quality Department does not accept the claimed defect, the reasons will be explained within 14 days, and the item will be returned to the customer with the shipping costs paid by the customer upon notification of the cost and payment method by our team. Please note that defects caused by wear due to use or washing of the item will not be validated as manufacturing defects and will therefore be rejected.
