The Site allows placing orders with Munin Brand for a selection of MUNIN products (hereinafter, the “Product(s)”), directly online via the Internet for shipments to the entire Iberian Peninsula territory, excluding Gibraltar, as well as to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, and Austria.

Exceptions or special conditions regarding shipping costs will apply for shipments to Islands or territories outside the Peninsula. You can consult all information regarding shipping costs at the following link.

Special orders consisting, in particular, of the creation of a product that does not exist or that is no longer part of the MUNIN collection cannot be placed from the Website, nor is customization of any product from the MUNIN collections possible under any circumstances.

How to Pay 

The accepted payment methods are:  

- Credit Card: Payment with any credit card via a 100% secure connection.  

- Bizum: Via our 100% secure payment gateway.  

- PayPal: The PayPal payment platform is one of the most widely used and secure for online purchases. You will need your own PayPal account.  

- Bank Transfer prior to this account:

Prices and Delivery Times 

All our products include the corresponding VAT.  

All our prices include free shipping within mainland Spain as long as payment is made by bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal. Orders are shipped via 48-hour transport agency or Certified Mail, depending on the size and destination area.  

Shipments to locations in the Balearic Islands and Canary Islands will incur an additional cost and differentiated treatment under our free shipping policies. For this, you can consult our "Payment and Delivery" section or contact our customer service for more information. We do not ship to Ceuta and Melilla. If an order is placed to these locations, we will contact you to coordinate an alternative address or cancel the order.

All our products have a delivery time of 2 to 4 business days in Spain.  

During summer periods and/or holidays, delivery times may be delayed, and no liability will be attributable to our company. We recommend placing your orders as far in advance as possible.  

Returns and Right of Withdrawal 

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 natural days without needing to provide justification. The withdrawal period will expire 14 natural days from the day you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the last component or piece.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by postal mail or email). You may use the withdrawal form model available at this link, although its use is not mandatory.  

Returns of the purchased product are accepted within 30 natural days after receipt, provided the product arrives defective or does not conform to the product received. To do so, you must send us an email to atc@munin.es within 24 hours following receipt of your order, indicating your order number and the issue presented. Returns or claims for possible transport damage will not be accepted after 24 hours from receipt of the order.  

Returns for products damaged during transport will always be fulfilled with another identical unit to the one purchased, and if not possible due to lack of stock, with another item of similar characteristics and price to the one purchased, or a voucher redeemable at www.munin.es within 3 months from the purchase date.  

Return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer or by the responsible company, Munin, based on the reasons for returning the item or the issue that occurred with product management and logistics.  

Orders not delivered to the customer due to reasons not attributable to the company (incorrect delivery address, refusal of delivery by the customer, absent on multiple occasions and/or not collected at parcelshop if applicable, etc.) will incur a charge for return to facilities and a new shipment according to the transport company's current shipping rates at the time. The buyer assumes responsibility for the shipping costs in these cases, with only the partial subtotal of the product being refundable.  

Availability and Stock  

The products offered and advertised through the site, as well as their prices, will be fully valid for the consumer while they appear on the Site, although they will in any case be subject to availability due to the nature of online purchases, as exceptional errors or modifications may occur, especially in the case of simultaneous orders for the same product by multiple customers.  

If a purchased product is not available for shipment, the consumer will be informed within a maximum period of 72 hours from purchase confirmation via the email address registered at the time of purchase. A solution will be provided for this case with information on stock or the option to select an alternative product, or in any case, cancellation of the purchase made.  

MUNIN BRAND will not be responsible IN ANY CASE for the lack of stock or immediate availability of products, and the consumer may, as indicated in the previous section, opt for replacement or, if applicable, cancellation of the purchase made.  

MUNIN BRAND reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the products offered through the Website.  

MUNIN Product Purchase Process  

1- Product Selection  

The Website provides the consumer with all available products, which can be acquired by identifying items among different categories, brands, promotions, or by reference in the search itself. Among the search results, click on the one you want to access its details page for more information and photos. Once you have chosen your Munin item, click the "Add to Cart" button.  

Repeat this process for each item you want to buy. Once the items are selected, go to the cart to proceed with your order.  

2- Purchase Formalization  

At this step, you must identify yourself with your username and password if you haven't done so previously. If it's your first time buying at Munin, you must create an account by entering your email and following the instructions, where shipping and billing details among others will be required.  

Once selection is complete and by selecting “Buy,” you will access a summary of your purchase, which you can finalize by clicking on “Finalize.”  

3- Logistics Information  

Track purchases, consult order history, modify entered data—both personal details and payment methods or delivery addresses, among others. It will be the SOLE and EXCLUSIVE responsibility of the user; the company is not responsible for possible loss, theft, identity theft, or any type of fraudulent use by third parties that may occur due to misuse of the information or lack of confidentiality of the aforementioned data.  

The data entered by the user on the Website constitutes sufficient proof of purchase operations and/or, if applicable, returns and/or modifications that may exist between MUNIN BRAND and the REGISTERED USER.  

4- How to Process the Purchase  

Once the described process is completed and after accepting these terms and conditions of sale, as well as the Website's confidentiality policy, you must confirm the “Place Order” option, at which point the sale will be perfected, although prior to final verification, the USER must check the product selection.  

Subsequently, select one of the available payment methods and follow the instructions to make the payment (see general conditions/payment and delivery) and definitively confirm the order.  

5- Purchase Identification

Once the purchase is confirmed, you will receive an email at the address provided to MUNIN as proof of your purchase, detailing the transaction. You can also access this information through the "My Account" section on the Website, where you can view a history of all orders placed with your registered account.  

6- Account Cancellation  

The USER may at any time request account cancellation by sending an email to info@munin.es.  

MUNIN BRAND reserves the right to NOT accept an order if it reasonably considers that the USER has infringed or may have infringed these Terms and Conditions, if there are indications of unlawful action by the USER, or for any other legitimate reason.
