Consent will occur when MUNIN sends the USER/CONSUMER electronic acknowledgement of the order and they do not refuse it in good faith, all under Article 28.1 of Law 34/2002 of 11 July on information society services and electronic commerce.

The contract, in such case, is presumed to have been entered into at the place where THE CONSUMER has their habitual residence.

Duration and review of these conditions.

If any of the conditions set out in this clause were declared null, the other conditions will remain in force and will be interpreted taking into account the overall content of the rest of the clause.
