In accordance with the provisions of Art. 23 of Law 34/2002 of July 11 on information society services and electronic commerce, contracts entered into between MUNIN and the USER will be considered electronic contracts and will be governed by the provisions of the Civil Code, Commercial Code, Consolidated Text for the Defense of Consumers and Users, Information Society Services Law, as well as any other applicable laws, producing all effects provided for in Spanish Legal Order by the concurrence of consent.  

Consent will occur from the moment MUNIN sends the USER/CONSUMER electronic acknowledgment of the order and they do not refuse it without breaching good faith, all under the provisions of Art. 28.1 of Law 34/2002 of July 11 on information society services and electronic commerce.  

The contract, in such case, will be presumed to be entered into at the place where the CONSUMER has their habitual residence.  

Duration and Review of These Conditions  

In case any of the conditions set forth in this clause is declared null, the other conditions will remain in force and will be interpreted taking into account the overall content of the rest of the clause.
